Research Project


The goal of this doctoral thesis is to examine every aspect needed to get to an actual working digital implementation of a spiking neural network, and this in an embedded setup. This includes spike train encoding and decoding, training (online and offline), research for suited neuron models and interconnection topologies, link between neural network and processor, etc...
